- SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.00. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Orders are primarily shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Other carriers utilized for shipment are: United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). If the shipping container ever arrives damaged, do not accept the package unless you open it in the presence
of the courier to ensure that the product isn't damaged. If the product(s) is/are damaged upon
opening and you're still in the presence of the carrier, have the package returned to us and we'll send you a replacement order. Shipments are sent to the destination point and will require a POD (Proof Of Delivery)/signature unless otherwise stated through special instructions! If at any time you believe your order has taken too long for delivery, contact our office and we'll investigate it's delay. Also we can provide you with a tracking number and you can obtain the information via the carrier's website!
